White Asparagus Mixed with Sesame Garlic

Remove the old stalks of the white asparagus, wash and set aside.

Add a proper amount of water to a boiling pot, boil, and add white asparagus. Cook until the white asparagus softens, then turn off the heat and fill the container with cold water.

Put the cool white asparagus into a larger container, add the accessories except the black sesame seeds, and mix well.
4.
Serve and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
