Pork with White Asparagus and Red Oil

Prepare materials. Lean pig meat is sliced and marinated with cooking wine, salt and taste. Remove old roots and rind of white asparagus, and cut into sections. Shred the pepper. Shallots, chopped green onions.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the white asparagus and remove it from cold water for later use.

Boil water in a pot, put pork slices in water, blanch until cooked through, remove and let cool.

Add five-spice powder, salt, chicken powder, and sugar. Mix well.

Tips:
1. If there is no onion crisp, you can add garlic paste and sprinkle a little bit of hot oil.
2. You can also use thin slices of pork belly instead, so that the oily taste will be more fragrant.
3. You can leave it without white asparagus.
