White Cut Pig Ears

Ingredients: pig ears (washed), ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, minced garlic

Add some light soy sauce to the minced garlic.

Add the right amount of balsamic vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of chili oil.
5.
Mix well into dipping sauce and set aside.

Put the cleaned pig ears into the pressure cooker.

Afterwards, put ginger slices, cinnamon and aniseed.
8.
Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.
9.
Add some water.
10.
Then, close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes to turn off the heat.

Open the lid when it is out of breath and remove it.
12.
Let it cool in ice water.
13.
Finally, put the cold pig ears on the cutting board and cut them.

You can eat it on the plate.
