Tips:
1. When buying Tremella, you must not choose too white, but smoked with sulfur. Natural color is best if there is no peculiar smell;
2. If you don't have an electric stew pot, you can boil on a high fire on the stove and change it to a low heat. The time must be simmered for more time, the white fungus will be soft and the soup will be thick.
