White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup

Soak the white fungus, wash and tear off small pieces.

Wash the lotus seeds slightly, and it doesnβt matter if there are cores.

Put the lotus seeds and the white fungus together in the soup pot, add water, at least not the white fungus. Bring to a boil, turn to the lowest heat and boil slowly.

I boiled it for three hours. I can't bear it. Add a few clean red dates and continue to boil it until you can't stand it. Eat it if you want.

Remember to add rock sugar before turning off the heat.

The lotus seeds have been rotten, and the white fungus has not been glued. You can continue to boil if you have time and patience, and add more water if there is less water.
