White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup

Soak the white fungus, remove the roots, tear into small pieces, break the lotus seeds and wash them.

Tips:
1. When buying Tremella, you must not choose too white, smoked with sulfur. Natural color is best if there is no peculiar smell.
2. If you don't have an electric stew pot, you can boil on a high fire on the stove and change it to a low heat. The time must be simmered for more time, the white fungus will be soft and the soup will be thick.
