1. Tearing small flowers after washing the white fungus
2. Wash Sydney and cut into pieces
3. Soak the white fungus for at least three hours in advance
4. Put Sydney and Tremella into the pot together, add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar to the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about one and a half hours
