Cut the bacon into crumbles and set aside.

Boil the pea sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds and remove them, squeeze out the water by hand after passing cold water, put in an appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Put the pickled pea sprouts on the round tofu, compact and shape. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of bacon on the pea sprouts, and then put them in the middle of the steamer.

Adjust the steamer to the normal steaming mode, 100 degrees, and steam for 5 minutes. Take out and pour in soy sauce and serve.
