White Jade Inlaid Beads-tofu Stuffed with Shrimps

Ingredients: 500 grams of tofu, 100 grams of shrimp, 15 green beans, 100 grams of meat, 10 grams of starch, half a carrot, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, 15 ml of abalone juice, 20 ml of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of edible oil, cooking wine (like sweet and sour mouth.

Pick out the shrimp thread, take half of the shrimp and the meat into minced meat, mince the green onion and ginger.

Shrimp, minced meat, green onions, and ginger are mixed with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salted edible oil to form a uniform meat filling.

The other half of the prawns (cut the tofu into several pieces to reserve a few prawns), add a little cooking wine and marinate for a few minutes.

Cut the tofu into cubes of about 4 cm square, and use a round mold or a square mold with a diameter of about 1 cm to place the tofu in the middle of the block, not to the end.
