White Jade Radish Cup

Wash the radishes, peel them, and cut into sections.

Use an embossing machine to emboss the flower, and then use a spoon to dig a hole in the middle of the radish to form a radish cup.

Wash green and red peppers, mushrooms, and spring bamboo shoots, mix well.

Dice the vegetables.

Put salt and shiitake mushroom powder in the radish cup for flavor, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the mushrooms until fragrant.

Put spring bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Stir fry with oyster sauce.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry, and cook.
