White Lotus Tea Tree Mushroom and Pigeon Soup

Soak the white fungus first, minus the hard part of the root, soak the lotus seeds and lily for 1 hour respectively

Then put the white fungus, lily, and lotus seeds on the pigeon

Add appropriate amount of water, slightly cover the pigeon by 3 cm, and cover the top with tea tree mushrooms

Put it in an electric stew pot, slowly boil for 3 hours on low heat, and add a small spoon of salt.
