There is no perfect person, and the environment is no different. I miss when I was in Hainan, the days when seafood was abundant and relatively cheap. There are many ways to make shrimp, whether it's curry, garlic, soy sauce, spicy, dry pot or typhoon-style garlic stir-fry, each one gives the shrimp its unique flavor. Today I made this white pepper prawn with a slight spicy taste, which not only enhances the aromatic smell of this dish, but is not too spicy. Adults and children can eat it.

White Pepper Flavor Shrimp

1. Prepare the ingredients. Thaw the Arctic shrimp at room temperature. Rinse the thawed Arctic shrimp and drain the water.

2. Slice garlic, cut green onion into sections, and cut red pepper into small pieces

3. Put vegetable oil in the pot, saute the shallots, garlic and hot peppers

4. Add arctic shrimp

5. Stir-fry and season with salt

6. Stir-fry steamed fish and soy sauce

7. Then add pepper, drizzle a little sesame oil and sauté until fragrant.

Tips:

1. After thawing the Arctic shrimp, be sure to use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the water, otherwise it is easy to splash out when it is fried.
2. When frying this dish, you can add some vegetables to stir fry together;
3. Arctic shrimp should be available in large supermarkets. If you can't buy it, you can use other shrimp instead.
