White Radish and Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the white radish, peel it, and cut into long pieces.

Soak the kelp knots in advance and wash them off.

Wash the long ribs and blanch them in hot water.
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the casserole and scoop the ribs into the casserole.

Pour the washed kelp into a casserole.

Put the pieces of white radish into the casserole.
7.
Cover the pot and simmer on high heat instead of simmering for an hour.

Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Tips:
There is a lot of fine sand in the kelp knot, so after soaking, you have to clean it yourself.
