White Radish and Shrimp Soup

Wash the white radish and peel it.

Pick out the shrimp and rinse off the shrimp line. Rinse the ginkgo. Ginger slices.

Cut the white radish into hob pieces.

Boil it in a pot of boiling water and remove it.

Put the white radish in a casserole, add 1000 ml of water, ginger slices, and ginkgo, and boil over high heat, then change to low heat for about 30 minutes.

Pour in the fresh shrimp, boil the wolfberry on high heat for about 3 minutes, and the shrimp will turn red and hard.
7.
When you drink it, add salt and white pepper to taste.
Tips:
It tastes best with fresh live shrimp. I just had chilled shrimp in the refrigerator and used it instead.
