White Radish Big Bone Soup
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Cut radish into pieces with a hob.
3.
Cut coriander and chives into sections.
4.
Blanch the water: Wash pig bones with cold water and put them in a pot. Slowly cook on medium and low heat. Be sure to cook under low heat in cold water, so that the blood impurities in the bones will slowly boil out. Boil until the water is turned on and off, remove the bones and wash them. The boiled water is really dirty with a lot of impurities, so I won’t go to the picture.
5.
Put the blanched big bone stick into the boiling pot, add the water without the bones, add star anise, ginger slices, drop a few drops of vinegar and cooking wine into the water, in order to better remove the peculiar smell.
6.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 50 minutes on medium and low heat.
7.
Add the white radish, some salt, and simmer for another ten minutes on medium heat.
8.
The radish is simmered until it is transparent and tender. Add coriander, chives, pepper, and chicken essence to taste.
9.
I want to eat with the smell of bone soup. The tender radish with a bowl of rice is really delicious.
