White Radish Bone Soup

Wash the bones to remove excess blood
2.
Put the washed bones in a saucepan and add two pieces of cracked ginger. Inject proper clean water

Start the stewing program, my shortest time is 1.5 hours

Now prepare white radish

Wash and cut into small pieces after peeling
6.
Add the white radish after the soup is simmered until it turns white, about an hour or so
7.
Continue to simmer until the white radish is cooked
8.
Just add salt before boiling
Tips:
Do not add water in the middle, and add enough water at one time.
