This season, I still want to drink a bowl of warm soup, the most comfortable. A pot of salty radish soup is stewed with pork stick bones, salty ribs and white radish. My family doesn’t like to drink too rich soup, so I It can be stewed in an electric pressure cooker. Compared with an open flame, the soup stewed in an electric pressure cooker is clear and fragrant, delicious and not greasy.

Ingredients

White Radish Bone Soup

1. Wash pork ribs and salty ribs separately, and wash white radish

2. Peel the white radish and cut into hob pieces, prepare the green onion, ginger and rice wine

3. Boil the stick bones and salty ribs in a pot under cold water, then remove them and wash them.

4. Then put it into the electric pressure cooker, pour water into it, add ginger slices and rice wine

5. Choose to cook the soup for 20 minutes after powering on

6. Wait for the time to open, open the lid and add the white radish, try the taste, add salt to taste, and press for 5 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
