Dumplings with different fillings can be eaten endlessly. I usually buy dumpling wrappers, which saves time. But when I have time, I roll it myself and it tastes much better than the one I bought.

White Radish Dumplings

1. Add salt to the flour and beat in an egg white

2. Slowly add clean water and stir into floc
