White Radish Keel Soup

The keel is blanched in a pot under cold water and then removed and washed.

Put the keel into the pressure cooker, add water, cover the lid, and turn to medium heat for about 20 minutes.

After opening the lid, add white radish to the soup.

Boil until the radishes are cooked and season with a little salt.
