White Radish Lamb Soup

1. Wash the lamb chops, blanch the water in a pot under cold water, boil the water, skim off the foam, remove the lamb chops and rinse.

2. Boil water in a saucepan, add lamb chops, add ginger slices and salt, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Use chopsticks to poke through the lamb and then fish it out.
