White Radish Rice

After slicing the lean meat, add salt, chicken essence, and peanut oil to mix well. Cut the dried squid into thin strips with scissors.

Soak the cut dried squid strips in water. It doesn't take too long, just ten minutes.

Peel the white radish and cut into small pieces.

Finely chop coriander, or use celery diced.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the dried squid.

Add the lean pork slices and stir fry until the color changes.
7.
Add white radish and stir fry.
8.
Season with a pinch of salt.
9.
Pour a little water on the side of the pot, cover and simmer the white radish until broken.
10.
Then add rice.
11.
Stir-fry the rice and fillings evenly.
12.
Add the chopped coriander before serving.
13.
Finished product.
