White Radish Shrimp Balls

Take a section of white radish, slice thinly, and then finely shred.

Blanch cooked to remove the spiciness.

Take out the shredded radish and reserve the water for blanching the radish.

Head and peel the fresh shrimp, and remove the shrimp thread.

Chop the shrimp into puree and remove the fishy smell with lemon.
