White Toast (chinese Method)

1. Material A is ready.

2. Mix all ingredients A, form a dough, cover with plastic wrap, and send to twice the size.

3. Material B is ready.

4. Tear the medium type dough into small pieces and mix all ingredients B. Stir for 20 minutes first.

5. Add the butter and stir for another 20 minutes, until fully expanded.

6. Basic fermentation.

7. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and let them rest for about 10 minutes.

8. The dough is rolled out.

9. Take one out and roll it out.

10. Turn it over and fold it in half.

11. Roll up.

12. Put it in the mold and make the final fermentation.

13. Send it to 8 minutes full and close the lid.

14. Bake at 190° for 10 minutes, turn 180° for 30 minutes, and demould immediately after baking.

15. PS: Toast with grilled fillet is delivered to 8 minutes full, and toast with grilled top corner is delivered to 9 minutes full.

16. Finished product.
