Whitebait Steamed Egg

Prepare three eggs, half a green onion, and a little dried whitebait; (for two persons in a family)

Stir the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil well and set aside;

Beat the eggs, add cold water in a ratio of 1:1.5, and mix well;

Wash the whitebait with water, soak for 1 hour, chop it and mix well with shallots;

Pour the mixed whitebait and green onions into the eggs, stir well, and put them in the pot;

Cover the lid, seal it, and steam for 15 minutes after the heat is turned on;

Just drizzle the seasonings you have made before serving.
Tips:
1. Try to add small green onions, it can be used to improve the smell and look good (because there is no green onions at home, I added green onions this time);
2. As a baby food supplement, do not use any seasoning when adding it at the beginning;
3. If you like to eat tender and smooth taste, you can filter the egg liquid 2-3 times (we like the old ones, so this step is omitted);
4. The amount of whitebait can be put according to personal preference;
5. This steamed egg can also replace whitebait with shrimp skin and other high-calcium ingredients.
