Whitebait Steamed Egg
1.
Wash the whitebait and spread it evenly on the bottom of the plate.
2.
Beat the eggs into the bowl.
3.
After breaking up, add salt and a bowl of water and stir well.
4.
Pour into the dish with whitebait.
5.
Use a small spoon to scrape off the foam floating on the egg liquid.
6.
Cover with plastic wrap.
7.
Put it in an electric steamer with boiling water. 16 minutes.
8.
After steaming, the surface is smooth.
9.
Pour the light soy sauce, sesame oil, and gently spread it with a flat-bottomed spoon.
Tips:
A pinch of salt will help the egg liquid to solidify, and the whitebait is also watery. Scrape off the floating powder and steam the surface to make it smooth.
