Whole Grain Porridge

Prepare the peanuts.

Prepare red beans, soybeans, mung beans, and barley kernels.

Prepare black rice, glutinous rice, and rice.

Wash red beans, soybeans, mung beans, barley kernels, and peanuts, and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.

Tips:
