Whole Grain Pumpkin Buns
1.
A bei pumpkin is steamed, the seeds are removed, and the flesh is scraped out with a spoon for use.
2.
Toaster noodles, about 300 grams of ordinary flour, add pumpkin flesh, add a little salt, if you like to eat sweet, you can add a spoonful of sugar, beat an egg, add yeast powder and warm water, turn on and knead the noodles. After that, cover the dough and adjust the time for the dough according to the temperature at home.
3.
After the noodles are cooked, they start shaping, the order is the same as that of ordinary steamed buns.
4.
The steamed bun is made into a circle, and then 4 stamps are pressed with a knife, and a small date is inserted in the middle.
5.
I also made a few rose buns. . . . . . . . This process is more troublesome, so I will introduce this specifically next time.
Tips:
A total of 8 were made, 5 were eaten in one meal, and 3 were left in the refrigerator. This is a hasty photo taken out of the refrigerator. It took about 40 minutes in total, not counting the time to prepare the noodles.
