Whole Wheat Bread

All materials are weighed well.

Put water first; put salt; put sugar syrup; put oil; put flour so that the flour covers the water surface; dig a small hole in the flour, put the yeast, and then cover the flour; start the bread machine.

Tips:
Whole wheat is not easy to build up gluten. I have already selected high-gluten and full-bodied, and only made 3 times. The cross-section is a bit like cake and the taste is not bad.
