Whole Wheat Cartoon (little Sheep Shaun) Steamed Buns

Mix the whole wheat dough materials evenly, knead until smooth and non-sticky dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size!

Mix the white dough materials evenly, knead until the dough is smooth and non-sticky, covered with plastic wrap, and fermented twice as big!

The fermented dough does not rebound when pressed by fingers

Add a little corn oil to the whole-wheat dough and knead it to vent all the air inside, and then divide it into 50 grams of small whole-wheat dough. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out.

Knead the small whole wheat dough and shape it into an oval shape.

Use scissors to cut both ends out of the ears (as shown in the picture)
