Whole Wheat Flaxseed Buns

When the time is up, the dough has been fermented twice as large, take out portions, knead for a while, round, and close down. Pour cold water into the steamer, put a bamboo mat, put the dough, cover and wake up for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, the dough has grown a lot. Turn on high heat, let the gas out, steam on medium heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
Tips:
The production method of flaxseed powder: stir fry in a dry pot of raw flaxseeds over low heat until it changes color and smells. It is the same as fried sesame seeds. After cooling, use a machine to powder into a sealed container and store.
