Low-fat and healthy whole-wheat seaweed-flavored pancakes are delicious and unburdened. Although the finished product made of whole wheat flour is not so tough, it still tastes great. If you like pancakes but are afraid of high calories, you can try this method. There are no fried dough sticks, no pancakes, no sausages and sweet chili sauce, because I usually eat low-fat things, so I thought of using potato chips, seaweed, and lettuce to make pancakes. This kind of breakfast is so delicious~

Whole Wheat Nori Pancakes with Fruits

1. Marinate the cut potato slices with cumin powder for 15 minutes, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes

2. Take it out after baking

3. Talk to mix whole wheat flour with sleep, add salt, and stir. Prepare these materials and tools, and use ordinary frying pan to operate.

4. After laying, beat whole eggs on top, spread evenly, and sprinkle with chopped green onion

5. Turn it over, spread the potato chips, seaweed and lettuce on top, roll it up and serve it out

Tips:

Because the whole wheat flour is used, it is not as strong as ordinary or high-gluten flour, so the operation should be slower and the dough should not be too thick, otherwise it will break easily. I also tried twice to succeed. This is also my number one. It’s not difficult to make pancakes for one time.
