Whole Wheat Walnut Bread
1.
Prepare all materials.
2.
The walnuts are broken into pieces.
3.
Pour 3 grams of yeast into 100 milliliters of water, pour into granulated sugar and stir evenly for 15 minutes.
4.
Wait for the yeast to ferment and stir well after foaming.
5.
Mix the walnuts, raisins, and a little salt together, pour in the fermented yeast water and stir well.
6.
Pour in all the high-gluten flour and mix well.
7.
Pour the whole wheat flour in three portions. Stir while pouring
8.
Stir it into a floc.
9.
You don’t need to knead the dough, just knead it into a round dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and wait for 40 minutes to ferment (sometimes it’s about 20 or 30 minutes when it’s hot)
10.
When fermented to double the size, knead a few times to squeeze out foam.
11.
Divide into 2 small doughs and knead them into an oval shape, spread a little butter on the baking pan, put the dough on top, leave it for 20 minutes, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
12.
Brush with egg mixture, and heat the top layer in the oven at 200 degrees for another 3-5 minutes.
13.
Healthy and delicious bread is out!
Tips:
This recipe has a lot of whole-wheat flour, the taste is hard on the surface, and the inside is full of crunchy walnuts and raisins. If you like the soft taste, you can adjust the ratio of whole-wheat flour and high-gluten flour.
