Wild Celery

1. Pick the stalks and leaves of water celery separately;

2. Add salt, cornstarch, pepper, cooking wine and other seasonings to the shredded pork, stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes;

3. Heat the pot and add an appropriate amount of oil;

4. Add the marinated shredded pork and stir fry, and stir-fry the shredded pork to change its color;

5. Then add the prepared celery stalks and red pepper shreds;

9. Cut a thousand sheets into silk and blanch them in boiling water;
