Willow Leaf Fried Bun

1. Add yeast and baking powder to the flour and mix it with warm water to form a dough. Finely chop the leeks, stir in the ground meat, add salt and chicken essence to make a tang.

2. Knead the dough into a long strip, lay it down into a small dose, and roll it into a bun skin.

3. Put the filling in the filling, fold the dough in half, and pinch the flowers on both sides to form a willow leaf bag.

4. Heat the pan, pour a little oil, and fry the buns.

5. Pour boiling water, the water submerged more than half of the buns. Cover the pot and fry on low heat for 5 minutes until the water has evaporated.

6. After the water has evaporated, open the lid and fry for a while.

7. Fried willow leaf buns.

Tips:

If the buns are larger, add more water to avoid unfamiliar fillings.
