Wine Chicken Wings

Divide the root of the chicken wing from the middle wing, cut two knives on the root of the chicken wing and the back of the middle wing respectively to make it easier to taste and roast, and put it on a large plate;

Add 1 tbsp white wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, stir well, let stand for 30 minutes;

Spread a layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the air pan, then lay the marinated chicken wings flat, set 370°F, and bake for 8 minutes;

When the time is up, stop the machine and pull out the baking tray, turn the chicken wings over and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Tips:
The chicken wing is roasted separately from the root of the chicken wing because the thickness of the meat is different.
