Wine-flavored Wing Root

The wing roots are about 1 jin enough for a plate (mine is 10).

Boil the roots of the wings with boiling water to filter out the foam.

Add salt, cooking wine, chicken essence, and soy sauce to the blanched wing roots and marinate for 30 minutes.

Prepare a large bowl of beer.

Scallion, garlic, ginger and red pepper are set aside.

Put a little bit of bottom oil in the pot, if there is too much, it will be greasy, put in the wing roots.

Add onion, garlic, ginger, chili, salt, sugar, and pour beer.
8.
Simmer for 30 minutes to collect the juice.
