Wine Razor Clam

After washing the razor clams, raise them in light salt water for 4 hours, wash and drain the water.

Tie up with cotton thread and put it in the basin, about 8

Prepare minced ginger and garlic

Add the minced garlic and ginger evenly on top

Then add the right amount of salt

Low-alcohol liquor drizzled on top

Tips:
1. Choose low-alcohol white wine to remove fishy smell and increase aroma, so you don't have to worry about the taste of white wine, the taste of the wine will also evaporate after cooking.
2. The razor clams have a natural flavor, do not add chicken essence for seasoning.
