Liquor razor is the second hometown dish taught me by my friend Niuniu. The razor clams are cooked by steaming. Unfortunately, we can't buy larger razor clams here. The razor clams are too small and you can’t see them when you put them in the pot. So I thought of this method, tied and erected, it is worthy of a small razor clam

Wine Razor Clam

1. After washing the razor clams, raise them in light salt water for 4 hours, wash and drain the water.

2. Tie up with cotton thread and put it in the basin, about 8

3. Prepare minced ginger and garlic

4. Add the minced garlic and ginger evenly on top

5. Then add the right amount of salt

6. Low-alcohol liquor drizzled on top

7. Bring the water in the pot to a boil on high heat for 10 minutes

8. After it's steamed, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

1. Choose low-alcohol white wine to remove fishy smell and increase aroma, so you don't have to worry about the taste of white wine, the taste of the wine will also evaporate after cooking.
2. The razor clams have a natural flavor, do not add chicken essence for seasoning.
