Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Put the chopped meat and water chestnuts in a large bowl.

Add ginger, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and starch to mix well, then pour in a small amount of sesame oil and mix well.

Rub the mixed meat into meatballs and set aside.

Pour the oil in a frying pan to heat, add the meatballs and fry them until the surface is slightly yellow, then remove them for use.

Peel the winter melon and cut into small pieces.

Put the cut winter melon in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water to boil. Add the shiitake mushrooms that have been soaked and washed and boil them.

Add the fried meatballs and cook until the melon is cooked and soft.

After the melon is ripe, add some pepper and some salt.

Pour in a little sesame oil, sprinkle some coriander and then turn off the heat to eat.
Tips:
When rubbing the meatballs, put some sesame oil on your hands so that the meat will not stick to your hands.
