Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Put the fresh meat into the pot.

A piece of fresh winter melon, wash and set aside.

Add salt, chopped green onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce to the meat filling, beat an egg into it and stir well, then add cornstarch and mix well.

Set aside the mixed filling for later use.

Peel the winter melon and cut it into slices about one centimeter thick. Garnish with carrot slices.

Cut the shallots into sections, and slice the garlic.

Heat a small amount of oil into the wok.

Add the green onion and the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
10.
With good filling, squeeze into balls of about the same size.

Bring the pot to a boil.
12.
Add the winter melon slices and bring to a boil.
13.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, and simmer for 10 minutes.
14.
Sprinkle with monosodium glutamate and put it in a soup pot.
15.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
