Winter Melon Pork

A piece of pork belly, use a knife to remove the dirt on the surface of the skin, wash it and set aside

Cut the pork belly into thin slices. You can freeze it in the refrigerator for easy cutting

Stir pork belly, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, a little five-spice powder, a little cornstarch, stir and marinate for ten minutes

Add the winter melon slices, transfer to the soup pot and continue to cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Because I want to fry the next dish in a wok, I switch to the soup pot and stew directly in the wok.

The winter melon has become soft in five minutes, the pork belly slices are cooked through and slightly chewy, the taste is just right, and the juice is collected over high heat.

The amount of juice is subject to my preference. I like this soup for rice, I left some more soup, pour it in thin gorgon, and cook for another minute or two on high heat to get out of the pot.

This winter melon roast pork is simple to make. The winter melon absorbs the aroma of the meat, is salty and spicy, and is delicious when served with rice. The pork belly slices are soft and rotten with a hint of chewy and rich taste. It is very suitable for summer consumption.
Tips:
Eating should avoid ⑴ winter melon is cold in nature, spleen and stomach deficiency, diarrhea, loose stools, cold stomach pain, do not eat raw winter melon, during menstrual cramps and cold dysmenorrhea, do not eat raw winter melon.
⑵Winter melon and red adzuki beans are compatible with each other. Eating winter melon and adzuki beans at the same time will cause a sudden increase in urine output in normal people, which is likely to cause dehydration.
⑶Wheat melon and vinegar are mutually gram. Vinegar will destroy the nutrients in wax gourd and reduce its nutritional value.
⑷Winter melon and red crucian carp go well together. The same food reduces the nutritional value.
⑷Winter melon and crucian carp are both swelling and diuretic ingredients, and the same food will cause an increase in urine output. If it is not edema, it is best not to eat the two together
