Winter Melon Pork Dumplings

1. Peeled, seeded and minced winter melon

2. Scratch hard

3. Shrimp minced into puree

4. Carrots peeled and chopped

5. Add oiled carrots to the pot and fry until soft and let cool

6. Add the minced prawns, minced ginger, chopped green onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper powder, salt, stir evenly and marinate for a while

7. Add carrots, winter melon and coriander, mix well

8. Add flour and water to form a dough

9. Divide evenly into small doughs and roll them into thin crusts

10. Make dumplings

11. After the water is boiled, it is cooked in a pot

12. Adjust the dipping sauce according to personal taste

Tips:

The winter melon should be repeatedly grabbed and dried. Some fried carrots and oil are added to the filling together. The seasoning is added or reduced according to your own taste.
