Winter Melon Pork Ribs and Corn Soup

1. Wash the wax gourd, peel and remove the flesh, and cut into pieces

2. Add water to the pot and put the washed ribs in blanching water

Tips:

Winter melon is easy to rot. Just simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, not too long.
