Winter Melon Pork Ribs and Corn Soup

Wash the wax gourd, peel and remove the flesh, and cut into pieces

Add water to the pot and put the washed ribs in blanching water

After boiling, skim the froth on the top

Transfer to a pressure cooker, add green onions and ginger slices, cover the pot and press for 10 minutes

Open the lid, add winter melon, corn, medlar and salt, cover the lid and press for another 3 minutes

Winter melon and corn are also good, it tastes delicious

Serve and sprinkle some coriander
Tips:
Winter melon is easy to rot. Just simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, not too long.
