Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the ribs in bleeding water with clear water.

The spare ribs soaked in blood are put into a pot for blanching.

Use a colander to skim off the foam.

Rinse the ribs in the leaking basin with clean water repeatedly to remove any foam.

Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.

Prepare ginger slices and green onion knots.
