Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

1. Soak the ribs in bleeding water with clear water.

2. The spare ribs soaked in blood are put into a pot for blanching.

3. Use a colander to skim off the foam.

4. Rinse the ribs in the leaking basin with clean water repeatedly to remove any foam.

5. Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.

6. Prepare ginger slices and green onion knots.

7. Rinse the frothy ribs into the inner pot of the rice cooker, pour in water, add ginger slices, green onion knots, and 1 spoon of salt. Cover the pot and press the meat button and simmer for 30 minutes.

8. After 30 minutes, the rice cooker will lose its air. Open the lid and pour the winter melon, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
