Winter Melon Seaweed Pork Rib Soup

Soak the ribs in water for about 20 minutes. Soak the kelp in advance, wash and cut into small pieces

Put a little cooking oil in the wok, stir fry the lower ribs and ginger slices until they are fragrant

Heat the soup pot, pour the fried pork ribs with ginger slices, add enough water, and drop 2 drops of white vinegar
