Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked and shredded softly. Add snow peas and carrots and stir-fry together. Add umami oyster sauce. It is delicious ~ highly recommended!

Winter Mushroom and Oyster Fragrant Snow Peas

1. Ingredients: snow peas, dried mushrooms, garlic sprouts, carrots

2. Peel and wash the carrots, cut the petals vertically, and cut out simple cut flowers horizontally

3. Wash the snow peas to remove the meridians, wash the garlic sprouts to remove the beard, separate the head and the tail into sections, soak the dried mushrooms and cut into shreds.

4. Heat a pan, add some oil, and stir-fry the carrots and garlic stems for a while

5. Pour down snow peas and stir fry

6. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for a while

7. Add a little water to heat the ingredients evenly

8. Add oyster sauce and stir fry

9. Add salt and chicken powder and stir fry evenly

10. Finally, pour in the garlic leaves and stir fry evenly.

Tips:

Add a little water and stir fry to make the ingredients cook faster. Soak the mushrooms in advance or use boiling water.
