Stew the winter vegetables in a pot. The most common ones are also the best cabbage, potatoes, vermicelli and soy rot in winter. Of course, meat is indispensable for stews. Stews are best served in cold weather! "

Winter Stew

1. Sliced pork belly;

2. Chopped green onions;

3. Minced garlic

4. Cut the tofu into small pieces, I only used half of it;

5. Wash the cabbage, tear it by hand and set aside;

6. Wash the vermicelli and blanch it with boiling water;

7. Potato slices

8. Pour the oil in a hot pan, wait for the oil to heat up and fry the shallots;

9. Fried pork belly

10. After the pork belly has changed color, add potatoes and stir fry;

11. Put soy sauce and cooking wine;

12. Add water and some salt, cover the pot, and simmer the meat and potatoes for a while;

13. Put the cabbage, tofu, and vermicelli all in and slurp for a while;

14. When the cabbage is cooked, put the chopped green onion and garlic and turn off the heat;

15. It's done.
