Wolfberry Leaf Pancakes (wild Vegetables)

1. Fresh medlar leaves pluck the leaves and soak, wash and drain.

2. Chop the wolfberry leaves into a bowl.

3. Add salt, white pepper and thirteen spices and mix well.

4. Scoop in flour, add water and mix well.

5. The well-mixed batter sits for fifteen minutes.

6. Preheat the electric baking pan with oil.

7. Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter into the baking pan and wait for the batter to form.

8. Fry on one side until browned, turn over and fry on the other side, and cook on both sides.

9. Pancakes with wolfberry leaves.
