Wolfberry Pork Liver Soup
1.
Prepare the ingredients, soak the liver with water and a little vinegar for ten minutes to remove the smell, soak it for several times, rinse and drain the water and then slice it. Use raw powder, shredded ginger, light soy sauce, and chicken powder for pork liver and lean meat. Submerge, pick and clean the wolfberry leaves. (Pork liver and lean meat are just right amount, I haven't finished all this amount)
2.
Pour clean water into the pot and boil, add some sesame oil.
3.
Add the lean meat, boil over high heat to change the color, then add the liver and cook for a while. (There is a lot of foam at this time, use a spoon to remove it)
4.
Add the wolfberry leaves.
5.
Sprinkle a small handful of goji berries and season with salt.
6.
OK to start the meal.
Tips:
Pork liver is boiled until there is no blood in it. It will be old after cooking for a long time. Just cook and eat, the soup will turn black after a long time.
