What to do with the leftover wonton wrappers, cooking noodles don’t love my length! Then use it to make omelet acridine ~ the egg mixture is mixed in the middle, and the fragrant outer skin is matched with garlic chili sauce, like eating a night market snack!

Ingredients

Wonton Egg Waffles

1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, white pepper, and chopped green onion

2. Beat evenly and set aside

3. Wonton wrappers in pairs, pinch the three sides tightly

4. Pour in egg liquid

5. Squeeze the mouth tightly
