Wonton Noodles

Hang the broth in advance, [there is no substitute with water].

Prepare all ingredients.

Add light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, green onion, and ginger to the minced meat.

Take a wonton wrapper and put it in the filling.

Wrap into wontons according to your own preference.

Pour water into the pot, boil and add the arowana egg noodles.

Cook the noodles over medium heat.

Drain into a bowl with dried noodles.

Bring the broth to a boil and pour it over the wonton noodles.

Season with salt and chicken essence, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
If there is no broth, you can replace it with water. I used the delicate, smooth and springy Golden Arowana Aumai Golden Egg Noodles. You can change it as you like.
